Terms & Conditions of Warranty / Return / Refund

In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the item within 7 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange of that item.

Warranty coverage is valid period stated, beginning on the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, WI MEDIK shall repair and replace any parts that are found to be manufacturing defects only, any unauthorised modification will not cover the warranty.

Warranty does not extend to accessories such as mask, hose, headgear, device filter and cannula. (it due to wear and tear item)

Kindly allow us up to 30 days to process your refund / exchange or warranty request.

Items should be returned unused, clean, unmodified and in its original packaging complete with all product tags. All goods will be inspected on return and any item returned to us that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to you.

Please note that product returns are done at the customer’s expense and responsibility, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The condition of the return package is your responsibility until it reaches our Sales Office. Please ensure your return package is well wrapped to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Each item can only be exchanged once for another similar (or higher value) product.

WI MEDIK reserves all the right to refuse any warranty or exchanges or refunds if returned products are in unsatisfactory condition.
